Manual Noodle Cutter

Reordered the to cut home made pasta, and found it works as advertised. The pasta ends up around fettuccini sized, and very uniform. It really saves time when hand cutting rolled out dough.

Being stainless did great on cutting noodles. Also cleans up nice in dishwasher.

Works well. Would like for the wheel to be deeper. I'm very happy with the item.

My grandmother, then my mother, then my family have been making homemade egg noodles for soup my whole life. You need a noodle cutter like this to do the trick after rolling out the noodle dough. My mom and I spent 15 years looking for a tool like this and gave up years ago. Decided to have another look, and here it is finally. Works awesome and a must have for making noodles. Thank you!!!

Great for home made pasta - especially gluten free pasta. This was very easy to use and to clean. I like to make a paleo pasta that doesn't do well in pasta machines. It is best to roll it out by hand and this tool made cutting it up so easy!
